Position: Line Cook / Prep Cook

About: Palos Verdes Golf Club is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the kitchen’s efficiency and upholding high-quality food standards at this prestigious golf club establishment in Palos Verdes.

Requirements: Minimum three years’ cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant environment; fine dining and/or country club experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; basic culinary skills and background; basic knowledge of kitchen operations including food storage and food safety requirements; Serv-Safe Food Handler certified
