Position: Line cook / Prep cook
About: Busy Japanese Café in Downtown Seattle seeking back-of-house help for the hot line and prep team. The café has a smaller menu but experiences high foot traffic, especially on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a high-volume kitchen setting preferred; ability to follow recipes, instructions, and maintain kitchen safety standards; proficiency in basic cooking duties and food preparation tasks; familiarity with labeling, stocking, and organizing ingredients
