Position: Line Cook / Prep Cook

About: Palos Verdes Golf Club is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook is responsible for maintaining the kitchen’s cleanliness, food safety, and executing menu items with precision and timeliness. This role involves collaborating with a team of cooks to deliver a high-quality dining experience to guests at the golf club.

Requirements: High level of professionalism and attention to detail; excellent verbal communication and organizational skills; minimum three years’ cooking experience in a high volume restaurant environment, fine dining and/or country club experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; basic culinary skills and background; basic knowledge of kitchen operations including food storage and food safety requirements; Serv-Safe Food Handler certified
