Position: Line Cook – PM Shift

Requirements: Passion for learning and culinary arts; Minimum of 2 years experience as an entry-level cook or higher, with at least 3 years in a free-standing or hotel restaurant kitchen; Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ServSafe standards; Adaptable interpersonal communication skills; Conversational English language proficiency; Basic math skills for menu ingredients and inventory; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 lbs. independently or up to 100 lbs. with assistance, stand for prolonged periods, and work in hot environments
