Position: Line Cook / Pizza Maker – PM – Manufactory
About: Tartine Bakery is seeking a Line Cook/Pizza Maker to join their team. The position involves executing food production, dish preparation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Requirements: Be 18 years of age or older; Must have a high school diploma, formal culinary education is preferred but not required; Possess a current California Food Handlers Certificate; Be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish; Demonstrate oral communication skills and teamwork abilities; Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards; Display ethical and professional conduct; Have basic math skills; Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work at least 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
