Position: Line Cook-Part Time
About: The Lakefront Anchorage hotel, formerly known as the Millennium Hotel, is now recruiting for a part-time Line Cook to join their team. Situated on the shores of scenic Lake Spenard in Anchorage, Alaska, the hotel boasts 248 rooms and three outstanding food and beverage outlets, aiming to provide a memorable experience for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen; knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and equipment; ability to work independently, lift at least 20-40 pounds regularly, and manage multiple priorities effectively; possess a valid food handlers’ card; demonstrate patience, tact, and diplomacy; work well in a team; maintain a safe work environment
