Position: Line Cook – Oasis Grill
About: Centennial Plaza Hotel is currently seeking a Line Cook to join our team and uphold the hotel’s standards of food preparation and presentation. The Line Cook will work in various venues within the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to product specifications and recipes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Culinary degree or equivalent preferred; six months to one year minimum experience as a Prep/Line Cook in a full-service, high volume restaurant required; Health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certification; excellent communication and mathematical skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; proven leadership and time management skills
