Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Line Cook preferred; ability to prepare food following recipe guidelines, use proper preparation techniques, and adhere to sanitation guidelines; proficient in setting up and operating kitchen equipment; detail-oriented with the ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock level in the workstation and equipment
