Position: Line Cook – National Park Inn – Summer Seasonal
About: Located at the iconic Mount Rainier in Washington, our dining establishment is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team. Under the direction of the Sous Chef, the Cook will prepare and serve food in a three-meal-per-day dining room, ensuring meals are nutritious, safe, delicious, and economical. This position reports to the Kitchen Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required; culinary school diploma preferred; at least one year culinary experience in a full-service restaurant required; strong knowledge of culinary terms and practices; ability to competently cook at all kitchen stations; completion of ServSafe certification required; strong sanitation skills and attention to detail
