Position: Line Cook (Level 5 at Hotel Chaco)

Requirements: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required; ability to work in a humid kitchen environment for extended hours; capable of lifting, pushing, reaching, or carrying 30+ pounds frequently; excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills; 6 months to 1 year of experience or equivalent education in high volume and/or fine dining cooking preferred.
