Position: Line Cook job
About: Hotel Cleaning Services is a leading provider of comprehensive cleaning solutions for hotels and hospitality establishments. They are seeking detail-oriented and diligent individuals to join their team as Kitchen Staff / Line Cook. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications, maintaining quality and consistency in food production, and supporting the efficient operation of the kitchen. You will prepare ingredients and components for menu items, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and seasoning meats, vegetables, and other food items. Additionally, you will monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and optimal flavor and texture.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or culinary setting preferred; ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines; detail-oriented and diligent in food preparation and cooking; strong communication and teamwork skills
