About: Awarded the Great Place to Work Certificate in 2024. With delegated authority, the Line Cook is responsible for preparing food items, cooking to specified recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and following food sanitation requirements.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking. Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods. Common sense understanding and ability to deal with problems involving several variables.
