Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required; ability to work flexible and long hours; able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; capable of standing for entire shifts; comfortable with temperature variations; thorough knowledge of menus and cooking techniques like charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, and more; familiarity with herbs and spices and their use
