Position: Line Cook job
About: Maggiano’s Little Italy, a chain of Italian restaurants known for its high-energy, full-service dining rooms reminiscent of pre-war Little Italy, is currently hiring Line Cooks for both full-time and part-time opportunities. Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years restaurant experience or the equivalent; Must have knowledge and experience in the preparation of food items; Meet personal schedule requirements punctually; Project a friendly, courteous, and pleasant attitude; Provide a clean, well-manicured persona reflecting the restaurant’s image; Safely transport containers weighing up to 30 pounds; Stand and/or walk for an entire shift; Safely transport items on slick and uneven surfaces and stairs; Retrieve and stock shelves and coolers; Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant; Accept constructive criticism; Work a variable and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures.
