Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required; ability to work flexible and long hours; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; ability to stand for the entire shift; withstand temperature variations; thorough knowledge of menus and food preparation; proficiency in various cooking techniques; knowledge of herbs, spices, and their proper use
