Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of previous experience in restaurant and/or culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred; time management and organizational ability for high-quality food production; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Food Handler Certification (if applicable); proficiency in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment usage; adept at multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; excellent interpersonal skills to establish positive rapport with various personalities; flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
