Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: Minimum 2 years full-time experience at a high-volume restaurant or catering company as a chef-de-partie, demi-chef, or commis chef; experience working in the grill and sauté section; clear background check; must be 18 years of age or older to apply; ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and lifting for up to 8 hours; reliable transportation; willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with daily changing menus and different cuisines; access to own knives and aprons; willingness to assist in kitchen cleaning tasks as directed by chefs; comfortable with stocking inventory and ensuring food quality and safety standards
