Requirements: High-volume experience as a line cook in an upscale environment; Knowledge of Italian cuisine, especially pasta and pizza; Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods; Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Professional attitude with strong communication and organizational skills
