Position: LINE COOK job
About: The restaurant is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing food to the chef’s exact specifications in a timely manner, while maintaining high standards of health, sanitation, safety, and quality. Additionally, the Line Cook supports the chef in managing kitchen tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1 year of experience as a line cook in a full-service kitchen; understanding of common cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment; strong attention to detail; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; possession of Local Food Protection or ServSafe certification; ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
