Position: Line Cook job
About: Manage all aspects of the food production for banquets, including food preparation according to the description. Adhere to sanitation practices. Ensure total customer satisfaction through timely and consistent food service. Compliance with hotel rules and regulations is essential for safe and effective operation of the establishment’s facilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Food Handling Certification required; Nevada Alcohol Card required; 2 or more years of experience in human resources or a leadership role preferred; General understanding of common office/human resources; Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; Intermediate computer skills; Effective communication, conflict management, negotiation, and sales skills
