Position: Line Cook job
About: A Sicilian Butcher restaurant is seeking a Line Cook with a minimum of 4 years of experience in cooking, proficient in kitchen methods and knife skills, capable of precise and fast task execution. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation, timely workstation setup, station organization and cleanliness, adherence to sanitation standards, and additional cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, have 4+ years of Line Cook experience, willing to provide excellent guest service, knowledgeable about the menu offerings, and able to work diligently and efficiently. A typical day involves cleaning and sanitizing work areas, setting up workstations with ingredients and equipment, cooking according to recipes, preparing ingredients, utilizing kitchen tools safely, following food safety guidelines, maintaining customer service excellence, and complying with safety policies.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age; 4+ years of Line Cook experience preferred; Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests; Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry
