About: Calle Sol Latin Cafe & Cevicheria, nestled in the heart of Charlotte at 3100 Apex Dr, combines the vibrant flavors of Latin American cuisine, from Cuba to Peru, in a casual and lively dining experience. With talented chefs bringing expertise from Miami and Latin America, our menu features a variety of dishes, including pressed sandwiches and refreshing ceviche, capturing the essence of Latin American beaches in every bite.
Requirements: No specific education requirements; Minimum of two years of kitchen preparation and cooking experience; Experience in Cuban and/or Peruvian cuisine; Good communication skills; Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and work weekends and holidays; Proficiency in quality food production, presentation, service, and sanitation; Advanced understanding of professional cooking, knife handling skills, and a passion for learning; Availability for nights and weekends
