Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Culinary Arts or Culinary Apprenticeship preferred; One or more years of experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen preferred; One or more years of experience with scratch cooking preferred; Sauté and/or broiler experience preferred; Ability to read, write, and understand English; Sufficient manual dexterity; Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work continuously; Ability to work within varying temperature ranges
