About: The Rustic Kitchen is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team. As a full-service kitchen, we prioritize delivering high-quality food in a timely manner while adhering to strict health, safety, and sanitation standards. The Line Cook will assist the chef in daily kitchen operations.
Requirements: 1 year of experience as a line cook in a full-service kitchen; understanding of common cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment; strong attention to detail; flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; Local Food Protection or ServSafe certification; ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
