About: Smokey Bones is a full-service restaurant delivering great barbecue, award-winning ribs, and good times in 63 locations across 16 states. Smokey Bones serves lunch and dinner and has a full bar featuring a variety of bourbons and whiskeys, a selection of domestic, import, and local craft beers, and signature, handcrafted cocktails. They offer a variety of meats that are slow-smoked, fire-grilled, and available for dine-in, pick-up, online ordering, or catering and delivery.
Requirements: Minimum requirements: Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English; authorized to work in the United States. Additional requirements: Excellent customer service and people skills; in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies; strong attention to detail; high energy levels; ability to work in a team; excellent verbal communication. Physical requirements: Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level; able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet; able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift; able to hear, understand, and respond to employees’ and guests’ requests in a loud environment; able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.
