Position: Line Cook job
About: Charleston Embassy Suites is seeking a passionate and creative Line Cook to join their team. The hotel values teamwork, passion, and appreciation in delivering exceptional service to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Active Food Handler’s certification or the ability to obtain it within the first 60 days of employment; Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently; Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds; A desire to exceed expectations and an energetic personality; Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred; Strong desire to learn and develop skills, working with the culinary leadership team to create menus that reflect seasonal availability and the hotel’s concept
