Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required; flexible with long hours; able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly; ability to stand during entire shift; withstand temperature variations; maintain a warm and friendly demeanor; effective verbal and written communication skills; multitasking and prioritization abilities; attend required meetings and trainings; comply with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to cross-train in hotel-related areas; maintain confidentiality and show initiative
