About: The Line Cook position supports the Chef at the Grill Restaurant, ensuring the preparation and presentation of menu items meet company standards.
Requirements: High school diploma and/or GED preferred; 1 year restaurant experience preferred; must be at least 21 years of age; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime; must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust; food handlers certification
