Requirements: High school or vocational school coursework in kitchen basics preferred; 2+ years of food service skills or related experience preferred; experience with bulk food prep and production in a commercial kitchen setting required; ability to pass a background check; valid food safety handler and sanitation certification within 30 days of employment; strong understanding of food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures; familiarity with industry best practices
