Position: Line Cook job
About: With delegated authority, reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine/ Kitchen Manager and the Sous Chef, the Line Cook is responsible for managing and running production lines, ensuring spec guidelines are followed, examining and inspecting containers, materials, and products, preparing a variety of food items for cooking, maintaining a clean work station, and more.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; Fine Dining Experience preferred; Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English; Must be able to communicate clearly; Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds; Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time; Ability to apply common sense understanding; Strong Interpersonal Skills; Excellent Oral and Written Communication; Organizational Support and Planning/Organizing abilities; Professionalism and Dependability
