Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required; ability to work on feet in a humid kitchen environment for 8+ hours; ability to lift/push/reach/carry 30+ pounds frequently; excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills; 6 months to 1 year of high volume and/or fine dining cook experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
