Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required; flexible schedule with occasional long hours; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently; capable of standing throughout the entire shift; withstand temperature variations; thorough knowledge of menus and food preparation techniques; proficiency in cooking methods like charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting, and par-cooking; familiarity with herbs, spices, and their usage.
