Requirements: At least 1+ years of general kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant; thorough understanding of daily kitchen operations including food production, food safety, and line service; possess competent knife skills and prepare dishes to standards; ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and follow recipes; consistently punctual, clean work habits, and effective team communication; manage station pars and quality consistency; open to constructive criticism and possess an ownership-driven mentality
