Position: Line Cook job
About: A growing back of house restaurant team is seeking hardworking, knowledgeable, and efficient line cooks to join their team. The role involves cooking to temperature and spec on line stations, assisting other kitchen line and prep stations, restocking and cleaning stations, labeling and storing food per DHEC standards, plating and delivering food efficiently, and fostering teamwork and a fun work culture within the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a line cook preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; knowledge of food safety standards and procedures; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
