Position: Line Cook job
About: Highgate, a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company, is currently seeking a Cook to join the team at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel in Seattle. The hotel is located in Belltown and offers a unique experience with luxurious amenities, upscale dining options, and a distinctive design reflecting the area’s vibrant culture. The Cook will be responsible for preparing food items for various outlets within the hotel while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required; flexible schedule with occasional long hours; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift; proficient in various cooking techniques and menu knowledge according to hotel standards; familiarity with herbs, spices, and proper usage
