Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required; flexible schedule with occasional long hours; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; capable of standing throughout the shift; tolerance to temperature variations; thorough knowledge of menus and cooking techniques; proficiency in various cooking methods like charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting, and par-cooking; familiarity with herbs, spices, and their uses
