About: Hudson Garden Grill, located within the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx, NY, is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Line Cook to join their culinary team. Requirements: Over 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or culinary school background preferred; passionate about plant-forward, sustainable cuisine with a desire to continue learning; solid understanding of kitchen operations and high-volume production; ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain a positive attitude; strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness; flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings; interest in working with seasonal, locally sourced, and sustainable ingredients
