Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required; flexibility to work long hours as needed; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently; stand during entire shift; withstand temperature variations; thorough knowledge of menus and cooking techniques; proficiency in charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting, and par-cooking; knowledge of herbs, spices, and their proper use.
