Position: Line Cook job
About: Uncle Julio’s, a restaurant known for its authentic Mexican cuisine, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at Uncle Julio’s, you will prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards, maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas, collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations, monitor food inventory, and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold food quality and safety.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; effective communication and teamwork skills
