Position: Line Cook job
About: The Holiday Inn at the Portland Airport is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. This hotel features 285 guest suites and 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, located less than a mile outside the Portland International Airport and with convenient access to Trimet bus lines. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for guests, maintaining cleanliness standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create menus based on seasonal availability.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a professional kitchen environment; strong desire to learn and develop culinary skills; willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; organizational skills; ability to work independently; able to lift at least 50 pounds; energetic personality
