Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; thorough understanding of work safety and emergency procedures; ability to read food tickets and utilize standard recipe cards; strong attention to detail and quality standards; flexibility to work long hours, holidays, and weekends
