About: The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is seeking dedicated individuals to join their Kitchen Crew, which includes line cooks and dishwashers. As a valued member of the Alamo Kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing food according to high standards and recipes, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years experience in a high-volume food production environment; proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting; excellent written and verbal communication skills; schedule flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays; active food handlers certification; familiarity with kitchen equipment and operations; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
