Position: Line Cook job
About: Ezell’s Famous Chicken is currently seeking Kitchen Staff, including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks, to join our team. As a Line Cook at Ezell’s Famous Chicken, you will be responsible for preparing products following recipes precisely, maintaining food quality, storing food items correctly, rotating items according to FIFO procedure, restocking the kitchen during and after shifts, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a line cook preferred; strong adherence to recipes and food quality standards; knowledge of food safety guidelines; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; teamwork and communication skills
