Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience working the line in a high-volume, upscale kitchen; strong working knowledge of Italian cuisine; ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-moving environment; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long stretches of time; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; positive, reliable, and committed to excellence in every plate served
