Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Culinary Arts or Culinary Apprenticeship preferred; 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred; Experience with scratch cooking preferred; Sauté and/or broiler experience preferred; Ability to read, write, and understand English for managing kitchen staff, completing requisitions, and communicating effectively; Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment; Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperature ranges.
