Position: Line Cook job
About: The Melting Pot, located at 1050 SW Sixth Avenue Suite 100 (ENTER at SW Sixth and Main St), is currently seeking Prep Cooks and Kitchen Staff for full-time and flexible part-time schedules. As a Line Cook at The Melting Pot, you will be responsible for following all company specifications and procedures to ensure perfect food, using food safety procedures and logs, food rotation, re-stocking procedures, dish machine set-up and maintenance, utilizing checklists for proper set-up and close down of each shift, and practicing teamwork by communicating and assisting all members of the restaurant team. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a kitchen setting preferred
