Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced environment, with fast-casual or restaurant experience being a plus; knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen; manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils; a team player with good communication skills; ability to stay positive under pressure; diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
