About: Lee Canyon is a year-round backyard escape in Vegas for discovering adventure in the mountains, delivering memorable experiences, enhancing people’s lives, and ensuring fun along the way. The company is looking to hire a cook responsible for preparing food to menu specifications and customer preferences, maintaining a clean kitchen, and disposing of waste.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; possession of SNHD Food Handlers or Manager Card preferred; exceptional hygiene and grooming habits essential; ability to lift up to 50lb, work in a standing position for up to 10 hours, and tolerate temperatures below 32 degrees for up to 1 hour; strong organizational, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset crucial for success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
