Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Culinary Arts or Culinary Apprenticeship preferred; 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, cook-to-order kitchen preferred; 1+ years of scratch cooking experience preferred; Sauté and/or broiler experience preferred; Ability to read, write, and understand English; Manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment; Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperature ranges.
