Position: Line Cook job
About: Cinemark Melrose Park is currently seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join the team at Cinemark Theatres. As a Line Cook at Cinemark Theatres, you will be responsible for preparing all required items in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls, following and executing prep lists daily, maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all food products, minimizing food waste and theft, and collaborating with the server team to ensure that food orders are accurate. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and adherence to recipes and portion controls
